Can members really verify activity without creating an account?
Yes. Each organization can generate a private, revocable link that opens a read-only view of the balance and full activity history — no login, password, or account required. Individual members or entities can also get their own link scoped to just their activity.
What happens if someone enters a transaction wrong?
It's fixed with a correction: a new entry that references the original and explains the adjustment. The original entry stays visible — it's never edited or deleted, so the record always shows what actually happened, including the fix.
Is this an accounting or bookkeeping tool?
No. True Trail tracks money received, money spent, and corrections — not a chart of accounts, tax reporting, or payroll. If your organization needs full bookkeeping, use this alongside your existing accounting software, not instead of it.
Does True Trail hold or move money?
No. It records financial activity that happens elsewhere — cash, bank transfer, e-wallet, however your organization already collects and pays. It isn't a payment processor or a digital wallet.
